

Jonathan de Vere Tyndall serves as the Principal Solicitor at Tyndall & Co. Lawyers, with practice locations across Byron Bay, Surfers Paradise, and London. With 18 years in his current role, he is a seasoned legal professional who brings a wealth of expertise to his clients. Jonathan was admitted as a Solicitor by both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. Complementing his extensive practice experience, he earned a Master of Laws from the University of New South Wales, specialising in Corporate, Commercial, and Taxation Law. Jonathan is an active member of the legal community, affiliated with the New South Wales Law Society, and the Bar Association of New South Wales, alongside his membership with the Migration Institute of Australia and the Law Society of England and Wales. Additionally, he holds the distinction of being a Registered Foreign Lawyer in England and Wales. His career began at Edmund Barton Chambers in Sydney, where he honed his skills guided by prominent Barristers in family and commercial law. Developing a diverse practice, Jonathan eventually launched his own firm in 1998. His earlier experiences also highlight a dedication to collegiality, demonstrated by his role as floor cricket club secretary. Jonathan’s educational journey took him from Shore School, North Sydney to St Paul’s College at Sydney University, ultimately culminating in advanced legal studies at UNSW.
