Melanie Guise is a dedicated and experienced Licensed Conveyancer, owning and operating Ulladulla Conveyancing. A native of Lake Conjola, Melanie completed her education at Ulladulla High School before pursuing a four-year Licensed Conveyancing Course at Macquarie University in Sydney. During her studies, she gained invaluable experience working with a prominent law firm in Pitt Street, Sydney, and further expanded her expertise with a year at one of London's largest law firms. In 2006, Melanie returned to establish Ulladulla Conveyancing, a home-based business offering fixed fee conveyancing services for property transactions in the Shoalhaven area. Her commitment to personalised, high-quality service has built a loyal client base of over 2000 satisfied clients. Balancing professional success with family, Melanie works part-time to spend valuable time with her children, Max and Molly.
