Eve Smith

Eve Smith is the Managing Partner and Founder of the firm, bringing extensive legal experience from both England and Australia. Having trained and practised law in England for many years before relocating to Melbourne, Eve is dual qualified in English and Australian law, enabling her to assist clients with international legal matters effectively. As a mother of two energetic boys, Eve understands the complexities and demands family life can bring. This personal insight influenced her decision to train as a Collaborative Family Lawyer, equipping her with the skills to support clients through separation with an emphasis on resolution outside of litigation. She adopts a practical approach to all aspects of family law, with a particular focus on complex property settlements. Eve is especially skilled at guiding clients through the detailed financial arrangements involved in family wealth distribution. Outside of her legal practice, Eve has a passion for horses and enjoys working with horse enthusiasts from the Mornington Peninsula and beyond. She also appreciates the finer things in life and believes in bringing a touch of sparkle and glamour to her work and interactions.
