Crispian Carlowe

Crispian Carlowe has specialised in family law since 2008, offering his expertise to a diverse clientele ranging from high net wealth individuals to those facing financial challenges. His commitment to guiding families through difficult times reflects his dedication to his clients’ well-being. Crispian has been mentored by leading family law practitioners in Queensland and has volunteered extensively, supporting the LGBTQI community and financially disadvantaged individuals. He has further honed his expertise by completing a Masters of Law in Family Law and Family Dispute Resolution and achieving accreditation in Family Law with the Queensland Law Society. In addition to his legal practice, Crispian is deeply involved in legal education. Since 2020, he has been an Adjunct Lecturer and Oral Assessor at the College of Law, where he contributes significantly to the Master of Applied Law (Family Law) program. As a National Subject Matter Expert, he has authored key Family Law Practice Papers utilised nationwide. Crispian actively engages with the evolving legal framework, authoring assessment pilots and updating practice materials following legislative changes. His extensive knowledge spans numerous family law areas, including divorce, children’s issues, property settlements, and alternative dispute resolution, underscoring his comprehensive approach to family law matters.
