Joseph Antoun

Joseph Antoun was admitted to practice law in 1992 after completing a part-time law degree at the University of Technology Sydney, balancing his studies with full-time work in the legal sector. Following graduation, he gained valuable experience as a solicitor at a large insurance-focused firm, working within their small commercial and property division. In late 1994, Joseph joined Uther Webster & Evans, becoming a Principal Director by the end of 1995. Joseph is recognised for his practical, hands-on approach, consistently delivering commercial and cost-effective solutions tailored to his clients’ needs. He offers advice on a broad range of strategic and commercial matters, with a primary focus on property and business transactions. His practice includes property dealings, leasing arrangements, employment issues, development management, building and strata concerns. In addition, Joseph’s expertise extends to business finance, general commercial matters, business acquisitions, and drafting shareholder agreements. He supports clients in structuring and negotiating complex property and business transactions. Joseph also oversees the firm’s debt collection practice and manages Capricorn Credit, the associated collections company.
