This experience honed her expertise in closing real estate finance transactions, both on paper and electronically.
Shauna expanded her proficiency at the prestigious law firm Gilbert + Tobin, working as a lawyer in the Banking and Projects team. Here, she excelled in managing complex real estate finance transactions, advocating for both sophisticated borrowers and lenders. Her portfolio includes involvement in some of Australia's most significant real estate and corporate transactions, such as Sofitel Wentworth in Sydney, Chifley Tower, Parliament Square in Hobart, and the Marcus Clarke Office Building in Canberra.
