Jovan Lee is the Managing Partner with extensive experience across Commercial Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Property Law. His practice extends to Wills and Probate as well as Family Law, allowing him to provide comprehensive legal support to a diverse client base. Jovan regularly advises small to medium enterprises and entrepreneurs on a variety of commercial matters, including general litigation, business structuring, sales and settlements, leasing and contract negotiations. In family law, he assists clients with family disputes, consent orders and binding financial agreements, ensuring their interests are effectively represented. In addition to his work in these areas, Jovan also practises migration law, focusing on business and investment visas, work visas and family visas.
