Throughout his illustrious career, Demian has achieved significant victories, such as successfully appealing to the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia on behalf of a creditor. He has facilitated the acquisition of a bankrupt ASX-listed company’s labour hire division for a national training and employment provider and defended investors against major bank loan recoveries in class action contexts. In complex litigation, Demian has represented a lead objector in a forestry investment class action, leading to a substantial settlement against a financial advisor. His work includes triumphs in defending accounting firms against international tax negligence claims and securing cost recovery from insurers.
