His journey began in his family's Asian Groceries business in South Australia, where he developed skills in financial management and business operations while studying at the University of Adelaide. These early experiences honed his public relations, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities. Vinh holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Adelaide, along with a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Law Society of South Australia. Admitted to practice in 2002, he has worked in diverse legal areas, including criminal, compensation, commercial, and family law, gaining invaluable insights across these sectors. His interest in Immigration Law led him to focus his practice on representing clients in applications and appeals, reaching as high as the Federal Court. In 2011, Vinh took the helm of Vinh Duong & Associates Lawyers, following the legacy of his mentor, Janice Vu. His reputation for dedication and expertise has established the firm as a trusted name. Vinh maintains membership with various professional organisations, including the Law Society of New South Wales, Law Society of South Australia, and Law Council of Australia.
