Grace Walkden

Grace Walkden is a highly experienced Senior Solicitor with a robust background in both legal practice and education. She graduated from Western Sydney University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology. Pursuing her passion for law, Grace completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law and gained admission to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2020. Grace's academic pursuits continued as she earned a Master of Law (Applied Law) with a focus on Family Dispute Resolution and Wills and Estates from the College of Law. Her future aspirations include obtaining qualifications as an Independent Children’s Lawyer, showcasing her commitment to providing comprehensive legal guidance. As the Director and Licensed Conveyancer at Walkden Law and Mediation since January 2019, Grace has been instrumental in leading the firm. Prior to this, she founded and continues to operate the Family Conveyancing Practice in Camden, New South Wales, since November 2009. Her extensive career began in 1995, where she served as a Licensed Conveyancer at Marsdens Law Group and Racheal Stubbs for over 13 years. Grace's expertise is further complemented by her qualifications as a Justice of the Peace and in Power of Attorney. Her diverse experience and dedication to her field have solidified her reputation as a trusted advisor in family conveyancing and mediation.
