Andrew Carter, a Director at Webb & Boland, brings over two decades of experience to the commercial law division. Since joining the firm in April 2011, Andrew has played a pivotal role in guiding clients through a variety of complex commercial and corporate transactions. His expertise encompasses business, agribusiness, succession planning, finance, and property matters, making him a trusted advisor in these areas. Andrew's legal journey began with his education at QUT in Brisbane, where he earned both his Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) and LLB (Hons) degrees. Raised on a family farm west of Moree, he possesses a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by clients in the agribusiness sector. Before his current role, Andrew honed his legal acumen at prestigious firms such as Mallesons in Brisbane and Herbert Smith in London, gaining invaluable international experience. Since becoming a Director in March 2019, he has been committed to delivering strategic and practical solutions tailored to his clients' needs.
