Andrew Pine

Andrew Pine is the principal solicitor and founder of Welcome Home Conveyancing, where he oversees all conveyancing transactions. With a robust career spanning over a decade, Andrew has developed extensive experience in both commercial and residential property law throughout Queensland. Since March 2021, Andrew has been leading Pine Lawyers, a comprehensive law firm that caters to the diverse needs of clients in property matters. Prior to this, he served as an in-house counsel for KDL Property Group, lending his expertise to flat land residential developments, and earlier collaborated with Kokoda Property on various development projects in Brisbane. His tenure at Shand Taylor Lawyers saw him acting on a variety of transactions, such as property development, conveyancing, leasing, mergers and acquisitions, and finance. At Ramsden Lawyers, Andrew further honed his skills, dealing with property development, option agreements, and commercial leasing, particularly on the Gold Coast. His journey in law commenced in general practice at CS & PC Law, focusing on property, commercial, and family law. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University of Wellington, which laid the foundation for his distinguished legal career. His earlier role as a property development paralegal at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers saw him assisting developers with off-the-plan sales and FIRB compliance, rounding out his considerable expertise in the property sector. His career began with a focus on debt recovery as a Collections Officer, providing him with a strong grounding in enforcement through the court processes.
