Danielle excels in advising clients on debt and insolvency matters, challenging creditors’ statutory demands, and defending against unfair preference claims. She is skilled in providing guidance on company and business restructuring. In addition to her insolvency work, Danielle advises on compliance obligations under the Privacy Act, addresses complaints related to personal information handling, and conducts training and system audits to ensure compliance. A committed member of the Law Institute of Victoria and other professional bodies, Danielle also serves as counsel to numerous community, religious, and not-for-profit organisations. Since 2000, she has been a Director and Litigation and Insolvency Partner at White Cleland Lawyers & Consultants in the Greater Melbourne Area, where she continues to deliver exceptional legal services. Danielle's robust educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Bachelor of Arts in Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics, both from Monash University.
