Meena Hanna

Meena Hanna, the Principal Solicitor and Founder of White Knight Lawyers, brings extensive expertise in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, restructuring and insolvency, and tax controversy. Meena has adeptly represented directors of listed companies, insolvency practitioners, creditors, and financial institutions. His notable work includes representing both the Commissioner of Taxation and private taxpayers in Part IVC tax proceedings, notably including matters arising from Project Wickenby. Holding a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from the University of Technology Sydney, Meena has been admitted to practise as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
