Tom Williams

Tom Williams is a highly experienced solicitor, practising law since 2008 with a strong educational foundation, holding degrees in both Law (Hons) and Business. He offers comprehensive legal services across QLD and NSW, including wills, estate administration, contested estates, property development, residential and commercial conveyancing, business sales and acquisitions, and leasing. His dedication to community service is exemplified by his role as the Honorary Solicitor for the Coolangatta Bowls and Recreation Club and his pro bono work for the Cancer Council, preparing wills and estate planning documents for cancer patients. Since joining Geoff Williams & Associates in 2014, Tom has demonstrated his commitment to providing high-quality legal counsel, previously gaining substantial experience at Small Myers Hughes as an Associate. His practical business acumen is enriched by a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, enhancing his ability to address complex legal matters with a strategic approach. Beyond his legal career, Tom is a devoted family man who enjoys caravanning with his young family. A passionate sportsman, he has been deeply involved with the Palm Beach Currumbin Rugby Union Club, both as a player, coach, and currently as a senior coach and sponsor.
