Kate's educational background is robust, with qualifications including a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Tasmania, alongside a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. Appointed as a Notary Public by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Tasmania on 16 October 2017, Kate is authorised to prepare, certify, and authenticate documents for international use.
