Terri Bruno

Terri Bruno is the principal of Workplace Legal Solutions, bringing over 25 years of experience in employment law. She established the firm in 2012, following her role as Special Counsel at a firm focused on employment law. In that position, Terri advised large and medium corporate clients on anti-discrimination law and was instrumental in developing and delivering workplace training in employment law. Her earlier career includes 14 years as a senior lawyer for a major banking corporation, where she expertly handled the bank's employment and industrial law matters, including several landmark discrimination and employment law cases. Terri is renowned for her expertise in addressing workplace issues such as sexual harassment, bullying, and discrimination. She has conducted numerous investigations in these areas and has a robust litigation history in both State and Federal discrimination tribunals and courts. Her notable achievements include leading one of the largest class actions in sex discrimination in Australian legal history. Beyond her litigation work, Terri's insights have been shared on ABC radio and featured in various magazines discussing discrimination issues. She holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Sydney and is an active member of the Law Society of NSW.
