Jan Worland

Jan Worland brings over 30 years of experience practising Family Law, admitted to both the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia. She is deeply committed to guiding families through challenging times, helping them to achieve more positive and stable outcomes. Jan regularly appears in the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court, and has developed extensive expertise working with clients in regional NSW, interstate, and even overseas. Her strong negotiation skills are frequently commended by clients, particularly in securing arrangements that prioritise the best interests of children and families. Drawing on her background in teaching and experience supporting clients with health issues and complex needs, Jan is highly effective in assisting families requiring tailored support throughout the Family Court process.
