Claire Riddell

Claire Riddell is the principal solicitor of our firm, bringing a comprehensive background in family law, dispute resolution, mediation, and estate planning and administration. With an academic foundation from the University of Adelaide, Claire holds both a Law Degree and an Arts Degree majoring in Psychology, reflecting her ability to blend legal expertise with a nuanced understanding of human behaviour. Her academic excellence is highlighted by receiving the Dean's Certificate of Merit for Family Law, awarded for achieving the top result in her cohort. After obtaining her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2001, Claire began her legal career with Legal Aid South Australia. Her journey continued in Hervey Bay, Queensland, where she contributed her skills as an Associate Lawyer with a leading local firm. In 2010, Claire embarked on her own path, acquiring her own practice from a pioneering lawyer in the Hervey Bay area. Before her distinguished legal career, Claire gained valuable insights and diverse experiences in various industries, including kitchen design, real estate, and financial planning. This varied background enhances her ability to connect with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering effective legal solutions.
