David Winning

David Winning is the founder and head of Your Move Conveyancing, a firm established in July 2013 with the goal of delivering exceptional customer service within the conveyancing process. He began his legal career in 2006 as a legal clerk in a city firm, where he discovered a strong interest in conveyancing. Committed to developing his knowledge, David completed a course in Conveyancing Law and Practice at Macquarie University while working full-time in the industry. By 2008, he was practising as a conveyancer, gaining valuable experience in managing complex and challenging property transactions. In 2010, David became a Licensed Conveyancer and Licensee-in-Charge of a branch office, a role he fulfilled until 2013. With a desire to fully apply his expertise and passion, he founded Your Move Conveyancing. David’s approach focuses on exceeding client expectations by combining detailed conveyancing expertise with outstanding customer service—a combination he finds rare within the legal field. David finds great satisfaction in assisting clients through the property settlement process, especially first home buyers or those moving into their dream home. He takes pride in making what can be a complicated journey more straightforward and manageable for his clients, aiming to provide a seamless experience during one of the most significant transactions in their lives.
