Yoshiya Toden

Yoshiya Toden is the Principal of YT Legal, having established the firm in 2018 after a distinguished career in Adelaide. A graduate of the University of Adelaide Law School in 2007, Yoshiya obtained his legal qualifications in 2008 from the Supreme Court of South Australia. He spent nearly nine years at a renowned law firm in Adelaide, where he honed his skills in business and corporate law, property, estate planning, and sports-related legal matters. With a focus on real estate, business and corporate law, and estate matters, Yoshiya brings in-depth knowledge and a wealth of experience to his practice. As a Japanese native who has lived in Adelaide for 30 years, Yoshiya is uniquely positioned to bridge the cultural and legal gaps that may exist for his clients.
