Jesse was admitted to the legal profession in 2020 following his successful completion of a Bachelor of Laws and International Studies at the University of Adelaide. During his academic journey, Jesse immersed himself in elective courses and placements centred on employment law, where he discovered a profound passion for the field. Jesse has adeptly represented both employees and employers in a diverse range of employment law matters. His experience spans across unfair dismissal and general protections applications, underpayment claims, employment contract negotiations, industrial disputes, and work health and safety issues. Jesse regularly appears in litigious matters before the Federal Court, Federal Circuit Court, and Fair Work Commission, where he is known for delivering clear and practical advice to the firm's clients. Before relocating to Sydney and joining the current team, Jesse honed his expertise in employment and workers' compensation law at a boutique law firm in Adelaide. His well-rounded experience ensures that clients receive insightful guidance across a broad spectrum of employment and industrial relations issues. Beyond his legal practice, Jesse enjoys engaging in travel, exploring new languages, and participating in various sports.
