About Craig
Craig Bloxham has been practising as a barrister and solicitor in Australia for more than 22 years, appearing in the Magistrates Court, District Court and Supreme Court in matters ranging from less complex offences to highly complex homicide jury trials. He has extensive experience in criminal litigation, advocacy, forensic and digital evidence analysis, witness cross-examination, strategic case preparation, and dispute resolution. In addition to criminal law, Craig also acts in family law matters ranging from straightforward disputes to highly complex cases involving both parenting arrangements and property division. He is a trained mediator and Family Dispute Resolution practitioner who is able to chair mediations and issue section 60I certificates, and he also provides advice in relation to wills, enduring powers of attorney, and related estate planning matters. In addition to legal practice, Craig is also a trained psychotherapist and dispute resolution practitioner, bringing a unique understanding of human behaviour, negotiation, trauma-informed communication, and conflict management to his work. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has completed further studies and certifications in areas including forensic science, cybersecurity, international criminal law, mediation, psychotherapy, and related interdisciplinary fields.
