Pamela Fogarty

Pamela began her legal career at CW Hooper & Hooper, where she worked under Peter Hooper for over three years while completing her law degree and supervised traineeship. After gaining additional experience with the Department of Transport and Main Roads for nearly two years, she returned to the firm to work alongside the subsequent owner, Mr Bill Munro. Pamela is now the sole Legal Practitioner Director of CW Hooper & Hooper, bringing extensive knowledge and practical experience to her practice areas. She advises clients on a broad range of matters including property law, commercial law, and wills and estates. Her comprehensive understanding of property law encompasses both residential and commercial transactions. Pamela is also skilled in managing succession matters and business-related legal issues, providing clients with clear and effective guidance.
