Alexandria Donoghue is a seasoned consultant with a robust background in corporate and commercial transactions, as well as commercial litigation. Her professional journey has taken her across Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia, providing her with a diverse perspective and understanding of international legal landscapes. Alex specialises in business sales and acquisitions, infrastructure projects, shareholders’ agreements, and structuring advice. Her expertise also extends to drafting and negotiating general commercial agreements. In her legal practice, Alex has adeptly managed a wide array of litigation matters, including those related to construction and mining contract disputes, trademark disputes, shareholder disagreements, administrative law issues, and various commercial conflicts. Her litigation portfolio is extensive, covering proceedings from the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal to the Queensland Court of Appeal and the Full Court of the Federal Court. Her experience includes significant involvement in large mining, private commercial, and state projects, where she has prepared adjudication applications and responses under the Building and Construction Industry Payments Act.
