Originally from Wollongong, Paul now spends substantial time in Sydney, where he has earned a reputation in the business community for being both reliable and steadfast. His legal career encompasses diverse areas such as contract law, planning and property development, local government, coronial inquests, commissions of inquiry, and disciplinary tribunals, including ICAC. Paul is well-versed in general litigation, debt recovery and insolvency, banking and finance. He currently focuses on complex contract law, corporate and business advice, property development transactions, leasing, and local and state government affairs, particularly in their commercial transactions and coronial matters. Paul is known for his determination, passion, and drive in addressing his clients' needs. With over 30 years of practice, he prides himself on offering pragmatic, straightforward solutions tailored to the aspirations of his clients. His extensive experience enables him to effectively listen and adapt to specific client requirements. His clientele spans local and state government sectors, private families, and both public and private corporations in Australia and overseas. As managing partner, Paul has developed a strategy to expand the firm's presence in Sydney and the Illawarra region. He focuses on preserving the firm's culture, which he views as a significant strength, by finding and supporting the right people. His vision involves building a cohesive and dynamic firm alongside the Sydney and Illawarra partners. Outside of his professional commitments, Paul enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is passionate about sports, particularly tennis, cycling, and motor racing, and has a love for Italian cars. Unsurprisingly, his favourite travel destination is Italy.
