Tony Budidjaja serves as Special Counsel with over 26 years of highly regarded legal expertise, specialising in Commercial Dispute Resolution, Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring, and Environment and Natural Resources law. His practice extends to both Indonesian and international jurisdictions, enriched by his dual qualifications as a licensed Capital Market Legal Consultant and a Tax Court Attorney, a rare distinction among his peers. Tony's credentials as an accredited advocate, mediator, and arbitrator are underscored by his Fellowship with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). His professional affiliations include prominent institutions such as the Asian International Arbitration Centre, Singapore Chamber for Maritime Arbitration, Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, Indonesian Commodities Arbitration Institution, and the Conflict Resolution Unit of the Indonesia Business Council for Sustainable Development. Notably, Tony holds the exclusive status of being the only Indonesian advocate registered to appear before the Singapore International Commercial Court.
