

Sarah Dahlenburg serves as the Assistant Principal Solicitor at the Mid North Coast Legal Centre in Port Macquarie, New South Wales. Since July 2021, she has been an integral part of the centre, providing expert advice and contributing to mediation services. Before her current role, Sarah was a Senior Solicitor at the Mid North Coast Community Legal Centre for nearly six years, offering guidance on diverse legal areas such as employment law, debt recovery, civil law, wills, and consumer law. She was instrumental in educating the community on legal issues and developing policy submissions on legislative changes. Her earlier tenure as an Associate in the Health Division at TressCox Lawyers in Sydney honed her skills in advising health sector clients on disciplinary matters, employment issues, and commercial contracts. Sarah's expertise in medical practitioner advice was pivotal during this time. From 2007 to 2012, Sarah was the Director of Medico Legal and Employment Relations at the Australian Medical Association (NSW), where she managed a team providing strategic advice and advocacy for doctors. Her career commenced with roles that nurtured her industrial relations acumen, including her position as an Industrial Advisor for ASMOF NSW and a National Industrial Officer at the Liquor, Hospitality, and Miscellaneous Workers Union. Sarah's academic achievements include an LLB from Macquarie University, completed through distance education while working full time, exemplifying her dedication and commitment to legal excellence.
