Ken Edwards

Ken is a Partner in our Commercial practice group, where he combines his role as a Public Notary with extensive legal expertise to offer a comprehensive range of services. He is well-versed in facilitating the purchase and sale of businesses, from small local enterprises to large national organisations, and specialises in complex transactions such as Rent Roll Purchases and Sales. His proficiency extends to comprehensive estate planning, including the management of simple and tax-effective Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and company-related powers, ensuring his clients' future affairs are diligently arranged. In addition to his estate and business offerings, Ken's legal scope includes Trust Deed Amendments, Loans and Mortgages, and the administration of estates. He is also highly skilled in drafting and reviewing Service and Supply Agreements as well as Terms and Conditions and advising on business structures. Ken's notarial services extend internationally, offering Notarial Certification for cross-border documentation. A graduate from the University of Western Australia with degrees in Law and Commerce, Ken was admitted to practice in 1998, and is an active member of both the Law Society of Western Australia and the Public Notaries Society of Western Australia.
