Christopher Parker

Christopher Parker is a Partner at Treloar & Treloar, where he has been practising since 2011. He brings extensive experience across a broad range of estate matters, with particular expertise in managing complex Probate applications. Christopher is also skilled in drafting wills and other succession planning documents, including advising on arrangements involving Self-Managed Superannuation Funds. In addition to his practice, Christopher serves as the South Australian editor of de Groot & Nickel’s well-regarded textbook, Family Provision in Australia and New Zealand, reflecting his depth of knowledge in family provision law. Raised on a sheep and wheat farm in South Australia’s South-East, Christopher has strong ties to regional South Australia and Victoria, supported by friends and family across these areas. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Drama Studies (1998) and a Bachelor of Laws (2006), both awarded by the University of Adelaide.
