Gaetano Aiello

Gaetano Aiello is a Senior Partner at Treloar & Treloar, having joined the firm in 1990 and been admitted to partnership in 1997. With extensive experience in deceased estate administration, trusts, wills, and estate litigation, Gaetano provides comprehensive legal support to clients navigating complex succession matters. He is fluent in the Calabrese dialect of Italian, enabling effective communication with a diverse client base. Gaetano is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the Adelaide branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and participates on the Succession Law Committee of the Law Society of South Australia. He frequently presents at STEP events and has delivered papers at the annual Succession Law Conference organised by the Law Society, as well as guest lectures at the University of Adelaide and Flinders University.
