Our estate administration services include applications for a Grant of Probate, Letters of Administration, reseals of grants from other jurisdictions and associated administration including recovery of monies due to the estate, transmission of property, transfer or sale of shares, publication of notices, distribution of estate, coordination to finalise tax affairs.
We can also assist with simple estates where no grants are required including lodgement of paperwork at Land Registry Services and claiming superannuation benefits and/ or insurance policies.
We offer a mobile (out of office) services for Estate Planning - fees may apply.
Property Law
We offer expertise in property law, assisting clients with a wide range of matters including strata, company title and torrens title sales and purchases for both residential and commercial properties. We offer advice on off the plan contracts, retirement living (torrens, strata, lease, licence, licences, contract and loan arrangements) and aged care contracts. We prepare and review leasing agreements for both commercial and retail spaces.
