

David De Silva, Principal at De Silva Hebron, brings over three decades of legal expertise to his practice. Holding a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide, David was admitted to practice in 1989. In 1993, he became Principal at De Silva Hebron, where he has led the firm and significantly contributed to its growth and success. Beyond his legal career, David has held numerous leadership roles across various organisations. Notably, he served as President and previously as a board member for Tennis NT and played an active role in other community and professional bodies, such as the Order of Australia Association Inc and the Darwin Performing Arts Centre Ltd. He has also been the Chairman of the Board for Territory Generation and contributed to organisations like Power and Water Corporation, Crimestoppers NT, and AFL Northern Territory Ltd. David's commitment to his community is further evidenced by his involvement with the Darwin Waterfront Corporation and the Carbine Club NT. Through his extensive leadership roles, he has continually aimed to foster growth and development within the Northern Territory. His career reflects a profound commitment to legal excellence and community service, making him a respected figure in both fields.
