Welcome, I’m Justin Yong. I began my legal career in Sydney private practice before joining the Bank of China as in-house counsel. I then worked in Hong Kong and Singapore advising major financial institutions on banking law, compliance, and AML. In late 2023, after gaining an unrestricted practising certificate in Victoria, I returned to Melbourne as Special Counsel with leading commercial law firms. I now run 1AHC, a Melbourne-based commercial and property law practice offering strategic legal solutions in Wills & Estates, Compliance & Licensing, Insolvency & Debt Recovery, and Anti-Money Laundering.
