She is adept in both litigious and non-litigious family law matters, particularly in complex property and parenting disputes. Natalia's expertise extends to cases involving rural assets, investments, trusts, and multi-party disputes that include the Department for Child Protection and grandparents, as well as proceedings in the Evatt and Magellan lists. She navigates Division 1 matters and harmful proceedings orders with finesse. Natalia is attuned to the emotional challenges faced by clients during conflicts. She prioritises transparency and clear communication, ensuring that clients are well-informed and supported throughout the legal process. Her calm and professional demeanour underscores her commitment to securing the best outcomes for those she represents. She has served as a Senior Associate at Williams Barristers & Solicitors and has held significant roles at Community Justice Services SA. As Managing Solicitor, Natalia led the Family Law Advocacy and Guidance Services, providing legal services to vulnerable clients across various locations. Her prior roles include solicitor, legal advisor, and Judge's Associate, reflecting a broad and comprehensive legal background. Natalia's academic credentials are equally impressive, holding a Master of Laws from the University of Adelaide. She completed her Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice alongside a Bachelor of Arts in English at Flinders University. Fluent in Polish, Natalia also expanded her international outlook through studies in International Law and Humanitarian Rights at Masaryk University. Her professional journey from paralegal to Head of Family Law illustrates her dedication and growth in the legal field.
